Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Annuities Manager to lead annuity product initiatives, pricing strategies, and risk management in a hybrid setup with offices across major U.S. cities, including Hartford.

The role requires 5+ years in the annuity space, with strong leadership and client communication skills. The Life Actuarial Practice offers opportunities for growth, collaboration, and advanced modeling work using tools like AXIS, Prophet, R and Python.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field; advanced credentials preferred.
• 5+ years of annuity product experience including pricing, development, or inforce management.
• ASA or FSA credential preferred.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex annuity-focused analyses on product development, pricing, hedging, and valuation.
• Maintain ongoing client communications to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensure technical accuracy and integrity of work and junior staff outputs.
• Produce executive-level reports and present findings to leaders and clients.
