Job summary

Oliver Wyman seeks an experienced Annuities Manager/Senior Manager for Life, with 5+ years in annuities. Drive product development, pricing strategies, regulatory compliance, hedging and risk management to grow our annuity business.

You will lead complex analyses, manage client relationships, and deliver executive-level reports. The role offers hybrid work, strong incentives, and career growth in a global actuarial practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience with annuity products, pricing, product development or inforce management.
• ASA or FSA credential preferred.
• Knowledge of annuity market landscape, regulatory changes and product management.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex annuity-focused analyses on product development, pricing, hedging, and valuation.
• Own ongoing client communications and ensure high satisfaction.
• Ensure technical accuracy in work and with junior staff outputs.
• Produce executive level management reports and present findings to senior leaders.
• Build industry network and highlight Oliver Wyman's unique value.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Foster knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
• Support the professional growth of junior staff in annuity expertise.
