Job summary

Jewish Family Service of Colorado is seeking an Annual Giving Manager to lead donor cultivation and relationship management within the Development team. You will manage donor relationships and a portfolio with a focus on mid- to major gifts and donor stewardship.

The role reports to the Director of Development and may offer a hybrid schedule, with in-office work at our Denver location. A background in fundraising and CRM proficiency are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6 years in development, fundraising, or annual giving.
• Experience managing donor relations and pipelines.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Raiser's Edge).

Responsibilities

• Develops a working knowledge of JFS and funding priorities to articulate a compelling case for support to donors.
• Collaborates to grow donor pipeline focusing on acquisition, retention, and gift upgrades.
• Manages gifts and event sponsorships from $1,000+ and coordinates donor stewardship.
• Drives donor research, meetings, and portfolio activity to meet fundraising goals.
