Responsibilities

• Lead animation quality and team for a new title.
• Drive keyframing and motion capture integration.
• Partner with technical animators on rigging pipelines.
• Manage, mentor, and inspire internal and external animation teams.
• Design and optimize responsive UE5 animation systems.
• Direct motion capture sessions and oversee data integration.
