Job summary

Partner Company in the United States seeks a senior animation lead to shape the first-person animation vision for a new AAA FPS title. You will own the quality standards for weapons, hands, locomotion and abilities, and build Unreal Engine 5 animation systems to support gameplay.

This remote-first role requires at least 7 years in AAA/AA FPS animation, expert FPS feel, and hands-on UE5 experience. You will help establish workflows, maintain high fidelity, and collaborate with a senior-led team

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional animation experience in AAA/AA FPS titles.
• Expert-level knowledge of first-person animation and FPS gameplay feel.
• Hands-on experience with Unreal Engine 5 animation systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, quality, and execution of first-person animation systems.
• Create high-quality animations for weapons, hands, locomotion, and abilities.
• Develop and maintain Unreal Engine 5 animation systems and workflows.
