HireLifeScience is seeking a Senior Territory Representative to lead sales, market development, and growth across Eastern North Dakota, Northwest Minnesota, and Northeast South Dakota. Qualifications

• Five years of relevant sales or territory management experience with a bachelor's degree.
• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of beef and dairy industries and production systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory business plans to drive sales growth and market share.
• Build relationships with veterinarians, producers, distributors, nutritionists, and industry influencers.
• Identify opportunities, market dynamics, and competitive threats to capture growth.
• Drive demand generation through customer engagement, field events, and education programs.
• Collaborate with distributors, National/Corporate Account Teams to align objectives.
• Provide consultative solutions to improve customer outcomes and expand product adoption.
• Analyze territory performance, sales trends, and market conditions to guide decisions.
