Logitech is seeking an experienced Android Systems Engineer to architect and deliver Android-based appliance platforms for video collaboration and embedded systems. You will work across bootloaders, kernel, HALs, and Android services to ensure reliable production software.

This hybrid role is based in San Jose, CA, requiring onsite 2–3 days weekly with some remote work. The annual base salary ranges from $168,000 to $240,000, with comprehensive benefits and long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in embedded Linux/Android platform development.
• Strong hands-on experience shipping Android-based hardware products.
• Deep understanding of Android architecture: framework, HAL, kernel.
• Experience with SoC BSP integration and platform bring-up.

Responsibilities

• Develop and integrate Android-based appliance software across boot to user space.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, QA, and product teams.
• Lead architecture reviews and drive platform stability and performance.
• Debug system integration issues across kernel, HAL, and framework.
• Mentor engineers in Android platform development.
