CVS Health Digital is seeking a hands-on Senior Software Engineer - Android to join a high-energy team delivering Android apps for the CVS Health platform. You will develop, test and ship features in an agile environment, collaborating with design, product and other engineers.

The role emphasizes Kotlin/Jetpack Compose, Java and MVVM, with opportunities to influence architecture and contribute to a seamless omni-channel experience for customers and patients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience on enterprise-class applications.
• 3+ years of Android front-end development.
• 3+ years of experience with multiple device sizes (phones/tablets) and portrait/landscape.
• 3+ years of experience with Mobile SDLC using Android SDK.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate and deploy Android applications.
• Write efficient, well-documented code in Kotlin/Jetpack Compose/Java in Android Studio.
• Apply OOP and design patterns (MVVM, MVC, etc.) to build robust apps.
• Create core libraries, frameworks and Android architecture; work with concurrency and scheduling techniques.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and UX teams to deliver strong user experiences.
