Job summary

CVS Health Digital is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - Android to build and maintain Android apps for CVS Health and Health100 (H100) projects. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly mobile experiences on a modern Android stack.

You will write Kotlin/Jetpack Compose and Java, apply MVVM and other patterns, and participate in agile ceremonies to ship features across devices and screen sizes. This role is full-time in Washington state.

Qualifications

5+ years of software development experience on enterprise-class applications.
3+ years of Android front-end development experience.
Experience across multiple device sizes including mobile and tablet (portrait & landscape).
Experience with the full Mobile SDLC using Android SDK.

Responsibilities

Develop, integrate and deploy Android applications.
Write efficient, well-documented code with Kotlin/Jetpack Compose / Java in Android Studio.
Work with OO design patterns such as MVVM, MVC, Strategy.
Create core libraries, application framework, and Android architecture.
Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and UX teams to deliver a seamless Android experience.
