Job summary

CVS Health Digital is hiring a Senior Software Engineer - Android to lead development, testing and delivery of Android applications for CVS Health and Health100 (H100) apps.

You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless omni-channel experiences, applying MVVM, Android Studio, Kotlin, and Java within an Agile environment, ensuring high quality code and scalable architecture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience on enterprise-class apps.
• 3+ years of Android front-end development experience.
• 3+ years of experience building for multiple device sizes (phones/tablets) and orientations.
• 3+ years working across the mobile SDLC using Android SDK.

Responsibilities

• Developing, integrating and deploying Android applications.
• Write efficient, well-documented code with Kotlin/Jetpack Compose/Java in Android Studio.
• Work in OOP and design patterns such as MVVM, MVC, Strategy.
• Create core libraries, application framework, and Android architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and UX to influence app development.
• Adopt best practices for full SDLC and pharmacy domain.
