Job summary

CVS Health Digital is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Android to lead development, testing and delivery of Android applications within an agile team. You will collaborate with design, product and backend engineers to ship features for CVS Health and Health100 (H100) apps, ensuring high-quality user experiences.

The role requires strong Android front-end expertise, proficiency in Kotlin/Java, and experience with MVVM and Android SDK.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development on enterprise-class applications.
• 3+ years of experience working on Android front-end development.
• 3+ years of experience with multiple device sizes (phones and tablets) including portrait/landscape.
• 3+ years of experience with the Android SDK and mobile SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Develop, integrate and deploy Android applications.
• Write efficient, well-documented code in Kotlin/Jetpack Compose/Java in Android Studio.
• Work with OOP and design patterns such as MVVM/MVC/Strategy.
• Create core libraries, application framework and Android architecture.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and UX to influence Android development.
