The role focuses on compiling and analyzing data with in-house and licensed tools, uncovering actionable insights, and telling compelling data stories for diverse clients.

You will join the Washington, D.C. Analytics & Intelligence team, reporting to the DC office but supporting North American practice areas.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years relevant full-time experience in Consumer Insights, Marketing Analytics, or Performance Marketing fields.
• Experience showing value of marketing and communications programs across paid, earned, social, and owned media.
• Experience with analytics for communications programs, including social, site analytics, and search.
• Ability to automate analyses, data cleansing, and data integration tasks.
• Understanding of enterprise data management, integration, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project delivery with clients and Weber Shandwick teammates, delivering data-driven insights and ROI.
• Create visually compelling reporting and insights to evaluate communications and site performance against business objectives.
• Promote data-informed decision making across internal and external stakeholders.
• Educate non-technical account teams on analysis requests and processes.
• Contribute to business development through scope design, strategic analysis, and work planning.
