Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in data analytics, BI, or related field.
• Exposure to pharmacy claims data, medical claims, or healthcare reporting is a plus.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R.
• Experience using BI tools such as Tableau.
• Basic understanding of cloud-based data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and commitment to quality work.
• Effective communication skills for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects with stakeholders to develop reporting solutions and insights.
• Gather data requirements and prepare reporting deliverables.
• Conduct exploratory analyses for program performance and utilization trends.
