• Experience partnering with actuarial, finance, and healthcare economics teams on cost analysis, forecasting, and risk assessment.
• Strong understanding of healthcare cost drivers, trend analysis, benchmarking, and financial performance metrics.
• Experience developing executive-ready recommendations, ROI analyses, and strategic narratives from data.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Python, R, SAS, Tableau, Excel, or Power BI for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze medical and pharmacy claims data to identify trends, cost drivers, and intervention opportunities.
• Evaluate financial impact of benefit design, formulary strategies, and network arrangements.
• Develop actionable insights to support affordability, client value, and measurable outcomes.
• Forecast, benchmark, and model healthcare costs to inform strategic planning.
• Collaborate with actuarial, finance, underwriting, and business teams to support pricing and forecasting.
• Present insights and recommendations to executives and client-facing teams with clarity and context.
• Design scalable analytic approaches and reusable assets for broader use.
