Job summary

Applied Systems in Chicago is seeking a Senior Business Insights Analyst to join our Business Operations team. You will partner with CX stakeholders to analyze data, build dashboards, and surface insights to leadership that drive strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in data analytics, strong communication, and hands-on experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) in CX/Support or Operations. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

Minimum of five years of experience in BI, analytics, or related field.
Experience building dashboards and reports focused on support or operational metrics.
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with focus on data quality and actionable outcomes.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve operations through data analysis and lead analytical initiatives.
Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain reporting solutions and dashboards.
Project-manage complex analytical initiatives with bias for action.
Design and maintain dashboards and scorecards tracking key CX metrics.
Analyze support data to identify trends and surface actionable insights; report KPIs.
Create documentation to support change management for reporting initiatives.
