Generac is seeking a Senior Analytics and Platform Analyst to drive data-driven decisions and digital enablement across the organization. You will deliver insights via data analysis, platform management, and ML/AI initiatives across manufacturing operations, supply chain, sales, and product development.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, managing Power BI and Databricks, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading advanced analytics projects while mentoring junior analysts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Expertise in analytics platforms and tools (Power BI, cloud services, Databricks).
• Knowledge of data lakehouse, warehousing architectures, ETL, data management.
• Experience with statistical modeling, ML frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow), and visualization.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze manufacturing data to create dashboards, reports, and predictive models.
• Manage analytics platforms like Power BI and Databricks, ensuring data integrity and ETL.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Promote analytics self-service and contribute to enterprise analytics ecosystem.
• Lead advanced analytics projects with ML/AI for predictive maintenance; mentor junior analysts.
• Monitor KPIs and present insights to leadership.
