Gradian Thermal Solutions is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to bridge business needs with data insights. You will lead analytics projects, design dashboards, and ensure data quality across functions like Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

Strong communication with stakeholders and hands-on BI skills are essential. The role focuses on turning raw data into actionable insights, enabling faster decisions and scalable analytics across a growing organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in data analytics, BI, or related roles.
• Proven experience building dashboards in a modern BI platform (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Strong SQL, data modeling, and ETL/ELT concepts knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and prioritize data/reporting needs.
• Translate business questions into data extraction, transformation, and visualization requirements.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards/reports with BI tools for self-service insights.
• Own data quality end-to-end with validation checks and issue resolution.
• Document data definitions, metrics, KPIs, and reporting logic for consistency.
• Manage intake and prioritization of new data/reporting requests.
