Job summary

Generac is seeking a Corporate Quality – Quality Engineering Specialist III to transform QMS data into insights that drive product quality and operational excellence. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop analytics, reporting, and dashboards across NC/CAPA, supplier quality, audit management, customer issues, and document control.

You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, provide data-driven recommendations, and support KPI development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Professional Certificate required.
• 7+ years of data analytics and Power BI experience.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting project-based initiatives.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards for manufacturing, quality, service, or operational metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• QMS data integration from enterprise systems to ensure accurate reporting.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
• Leverage BI tools, automation, and AI-driven analytics to streamline reporting.
• Support KPI development, data governance, and dashboard standardization.
• Travel up to 10% to support initiatives.
