Job summary

Generac is seeking a Senior Data Analytics professional to integrate QMS data across systems, develop actionable insights, and drive quality improvements. You will design, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and KPI reports to visualize corrective actions, supplier performance, and audit outcomes.

You will leverage SQL, Python, and advanced data visualization to automate reporting, identify risks, and support proactive decision-making. Domestic travel up to 10% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Professional Certificate required.
• 7+ years of data analytics and Power BI experience.
• 5+ years of business analysis experience supporting project-based initiatives.
• Experience developing reports and dashboards for manufacturing, quality, service, or operational metrics.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python, and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize quality data from enterprise systems.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
• Leverage BI tools, automation, and AI-driven analytics to streamline reporting.
• Support KPI development, data governance, dashboard interpretation, and standardization.
• Travel domestically up to 10% to support initiatives.
