Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, IS, IE, or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years leading complex programs in manufacturing technology or digital transformation.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale manufacturing technology implementations.
• Strong knowledge of MES, OT/IT integration, data platforms, and AI/ML technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Digital Transformation program across the enterprise.
• Govern the AI program and ROI validation across projects.
• Oversee MES, Traceability, Industrial IoT, SCADA and controls integrations.
• Coordinate multi-site teams across manufacturing, quality, engineering, IT and operations.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress, risks, and benefits.
