Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. seeks a Program Manager to lead strategic digital manufacturing and AI initiatives across the enterprise.

You will drive governance, planning, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate value realization. You will guide a multidisciplinary team spanning Digital Manufacturing Engineers, MES specialists, Controls, and AI Application Engineers, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with measurable impact on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, CS, IS, IE, or related field.
Master’s degree preferred.
5+ years leading complex programs in manufacturing technology or digital transformation.
Experience delivering enterprise-scale manufacturing technology implementations.
Strong knowledge of MES, OT/IT integration, data platforms, and AI/ML technologies.

Responsibilities

Lead the Digital Transformation program across the enterprise.
Govern the AI program and ROI validation across projects.
Oversee MES, Traceability, Industrial IoT, SCADA and controls integrations.
Coordinate multi-site teams across manufacturing, quality, engineering, IT and operations.
Provide regular updates to executive leadership on progress, risks, and benefits.
