Job summary

PGA TOUR, Inc is seeking a Senior Analyst in Digital & Social Analytics to lead measurement, reporting, and strategic analysis across the PGA Tour's digital ecosystem. You will transform datasets into insights that drive audience growth, engagement, and product performance while establishing KPI standards and governance.

Collaborate with Content, Product, Marketing, Media, Technology, Fan Engagement, and Executives to deliver scalable analytics processes and dashboards for decision-makers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, math, economics, CS, business analytics, data science, or related field.
• Five or more years in digital analytics, social analytics, or BI.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude, or native social analytics tools.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and translating insights into actions.
• Experience with SQL and data querying tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital and social analytics across PGA TOUR platforms with actionable insights.
• Monitor KPIs and trends to identify opportunities and risks.
• Design and maintain dashboards and scalable reporting solutions.
• Integrate data from multiple digital, social, and third-party sources.
• Establish KPI definitions, methodologies, and data governance.
