Job summary

PGA TOUR, Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst, Digital & Social Analytics to lead measurement, reporting, and strategic analysis across its digital and social ecosystem, including the website, apps, and social channels.

Collaborating with Content, Product, Marketing, and Tech teams, you will translate large datasets into actionable insights, establish KPI standards, dashboards, and data governance, and drive data-driven decision making across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field; or equivalent.
• 5+ years in digital analytics, social analytics, or related analytical field.
• Experience with digital measurement platforms (GA, Adobe Analytics, Amplitude) and social analytics tools.
• Experience translating large datasets into actionable business insights.
• SQL experience, data querying, and dashboard/reporting development.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, QuickSight or similar tools; Python or R preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital and social analytics across PGA TOUR-owned platforms and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor KPIs, audience trends, content performance, and engagement drivers.
• Design and maintain dashboards and scalable reporting solutions.
• Integrate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive view.
• Establish standardized KPI definitions and data governance practices.
• Perform data validation and quality assurance to improve accuracy.
• Support automation of recurring reports and analytics workflows.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support stakeholder requests and decision making.
• Collaborate with Media, Commercial, Digital, Research, Finance, and Technology teams.
• Document data sources, rules, and methodologies for transparency.
