Embrace Pet Insurance in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Analytics to lead the enterprise analytics function and serve as the organization’s internal analytics consulting leader. You will oversee enterprise reporting, BI modernization, executive decision support, and analytics enablement across all functions.

You will build and mentor a high-performing team, partner with executives to turn data into actionable insights, and drive a data-driven culture with self-service analytics

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 8+ years of analytics or BI experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership in analytics/BI.
• Experience leading enterprise analytics initiatives across functions.
• Advanced Power BI expertise for enterprise reporting and dashboards.
• Experience partnering with executive leadership to influence strategy.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication to translate analytics into business insights.
• Experience in insurance analytics preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking with measurable impact.
