Job summary

Veracyte is seeking a Manager, Business Analytics to serve as a strategic analytics partner across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and other functions. You will leverage advanced analytics, statistical modeling, data science, and automation to drive performance and informed decisions.

You will design scalable analytical solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to governance, data quality, and enterprise data architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Analytics)
• 6–8+ years in advanced analytics, BI, data science, or revenue analytics
• Expert-level SQL with complex joins, windows, CTEs, and modeling
• Strong Python experience with Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Scikit-Learn
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, governance, and cloud platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks, BigQuery, Azure Synapse)
• Experience with Tableau/Power BI and dashboard development

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics for Commercial, Finance, Operations and related functions
• Partner with leaders to define success metrics and measure outcomes
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align solutions with strategic priorities
• Design and maintain scalable analytics using SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau/Power BI
• Perform forecasting, segmentation, hypothesis testing and predictive modeling
• Collaborate with Data Engineering/IT to define data requirements and improve data quality
• Build semantic data models, reusable datasets, KPI frameworks, standardized metrics
• Support data governance by validating source integrity and documenting metrics
• Apply AI/ML and advanced analytics to improve forecasting and insights
