Job summary

Veracyte seeks a Manager, Business Analytics within the SOBA Center of Excellence to serve as a strategic analytics partner across Commercial, Operations, Finance and other functions.

You will design scalable analytics using SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau and Power BI, perform forecasting and modeling, and drive data‑driven decision making across the enterprise. Base pay ranges $130,000–$145,000 USD with potential bonuses; remote-friendly within the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 6–8+ years in advanced analytics, BI, or data science.
• Expert SQL skills with complex joins, window functions, CTEs, and data modeling.
• Strong Python with data libraries and visualization.
• Understanding of cloud data platforms and BI tools.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics across Commercial, Finance, Operations.
• Define success metrics and measure outcomes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to align analytics with strategy.
• Design scalable analytical solutions using SQL, Python, Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI.
• Perform forecasting, segmentation, hypothesis testing, and predictive modelling.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to improve data quality and pipelines.
• Build semantic models, KPI frameworks, and governance‑aligned metrics.
• Support data governance and reporting consistency.
• Apply AI/ML techniques to improve forecasting and decision support.
