• Experience working with pharmacy claims data, medical claims data, and client reporting metrics.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R with strong coding hygiene and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics projects, collaborating with business stakeholders to develop and deliver reporting solutions and actionable insights.
• Produce strategic insights on program performance, compliance, utilization trends, and financial projections.
• Ensure data integrity by documenting query logic, methodologies, and key assumptions.
• Support the development and enhancement of enterprise reporting frameworks and analytics standards.
• Translate client questions into analytical approaches, business insights, and actionable recommendations.
