Job summary
Navitus Health Solutions in the United States is seeking a Sr. Manager, Key Analytics to lead the centralized analytics team and serve as a strategic partner to clients and internal stakeholders.
You will translate complex data into actionable insights supporting growth, retention, and competitiveness. You will guide integrated analyses across underwriting, pricing, market intelligence, and reporting, collaborating with Sales, Underwriting, Finance, and other teams to shape decisions and drive
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years in healthcare economic/financial modeling and analysis.
- 3+ years of leadership experience.
- Experience with pricing strategy and market analysis.
- Experience with RFPs and competitive market analysis.
- Experience with SAS/SQL/QlikSense preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Navitus Key Analytics team delivering client performance analytics, competitive intelligence, financial modeling, underwriting support, network pricing analysis, and strategic business insights.
- Develop integrated analyses that combine underwriting, rebate economics, pricing strategies, market intelligence, and performance reporting for decision-making.
- Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Network Strategy, Finance, and other functions to evaluate opportunities and risks.
- Serve as a strategic advisor during client consultations, finalist presentations, renewal discussions, RFPs and market-facing engagements.
- Direct analyses to identify opportunities to improve competitiveness and growth.
- Lead creation of analytical tools, dashboards, models, and reporting solutions for stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into concise recommendations for executives and partners.
- Identify market trends and pricing developments affecting client performance.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and solution design for complex challenges.
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement scalable analytics and improve reporting.
- Establish data quality, governance, and analytical standards across deliverables.
- Serve as analytics SME for NavKey and communicate outputs and implications clearly.
- Recommend process improvements for efficiency and insight generation.
- Mentor and develop team members to build future leaders.
