Navitus is seeking a Sr Manager, Key Analytics to lead a centralized analytics team focused on client performance, pricing intelligence, and market insights. This role translates complex data into actionable business recommendations, aligning client needs with Navitus capabilities.

The team supports underwriting, network pricing, rebate economics, and financial analysis to drive growth and client retention. Remote-friendly, US-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years of Healthcare Economic/Financial Modeling and Analysis.
• 3+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• Experience with pricing strategy and market analysis.
• Experience with RFPs and competitive market analysis.
• Proficiency with SAS, SQL, and/or QlikSense.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Navitus Key Analytics team, delivering client performance analytics, competitive intelligence, and financial modeling.
• Oversee integrated analyses combining underwriting, rebate economics, pricing strategies, market intelligence, and performance reporting.
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Network Strategy, Finance, and Account Management to evaluate opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Serve as a strategic advisor during client consultations, renewal discussions, and market-facing engagements.
• Direct analyses to identify opportunities to improve competitiveness, value, and growth.
• Develop analytical tools, dashboards, models, and reporting solutions for stakeholders.
• Translate complex data into concise recommendations for executives and clients.
