Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of Healthcare Economic/Financial Modeling experience.
• 3+ years of leadership experience; leading teams preferred.
• Experience with pricing strategy and market analysis.
• Experience supporting RFPs and competitive market analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Navitus Key Analytics team with accountability for client performance analytics, competitive intelligence, financial modeling, underwriting support, network pricing analysis, and strategic business insights.
• Oversee development and delivery of integrated analyses combining underwriting, pricing, market intelligence, and performance reporting to support client decisions.
• Partner with Sales, Underwriting, Network Strategy, Clinical, Finance, and Account Management to evaluate opportunities and develop data-driven recommendations.
• Serve as a strategic advisor during client consultations, finalist presentations, renewal discussions, and market-facing engagements.
• Direct analyses evaluating current and prospective client performance to identify opportunities to improve competitiveness and growth.
