Ensemble RCM LLC is seeking a Lead Analyst, Strategic Analytics to serve as the analytics partner for defined revenue cycle areas. You will shape analytics strategy, define KPIs, and translate data into actionable insights for operations leaders across the organization.

You will establish and maintain a curated inventory of analytics assets, ensuring clear ownership and audience. The role emphasizes data storytelling, self-service development, and mentorship within a remote, US-based team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Information Technology, Analytics, Business, Finance or related field preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in BI/analytics; experience partnering with business or operations leaders.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with ability to present insights to executives.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with databases such as Databricks.
• Experience with ETL tools and data modeling.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the dedicated Strategic Analytics partner to assigned functional areas, understanding operations, goals, challenges, reporting resources, and data.
• Define and maintain KPIs with clear definitions, targets, and benchmarks; analyze drivers and variances.
• Curate a portfolio of analytics assets (dashboards, reports, data sources) and ensure relevance and standards.
• Develop interactive visualizations and self-service tools in Power BI or Databricks; tailor storytelling to audiences.
• Mentor and train other analysts; contribute to team standards and knowledge sharing.
