Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking an Revenue Cycle/Accounts Receivable Analyst to drive cash acceleration and reduce AR aging. You will blend hands-on AR management with analytics, identifying performance gaps and delivering measurable improvements across payer groups and aging segments.

You will collaborate with AR leaders, operations, and automation teams to deploy AR automations, monitor impact, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a remote-capable role across the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare accounts receivable or revenue cycle analytics.
• Strong understanding of AR aging, denial workflows, and reimbursement concepts.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical thinking.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be inquisitive and demonstrate openness to innovation including AI to explore better processes and ways to alleviate friction and improve patient and client experiences.
• This is a remote position; however, candidates must be willing and able to travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Own analysis and oversight of AR populations including payer follow-up and aged balances.
• Identify root causes of AR stagnation (authorization issues, medical necessity, billing defects).
• Monitor inventory movement and ensure accounts progress through resolution paths.
• Partner with AR operations to prioritize work queues by dollars at risk and aging thresholds.
• Develop AR dashboards and reporting across aging, payer groups, and denial categories.
