Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to build a trusted decision intelligence layer that enables AI agents to make accurate, data-driven decisions. You will transform curated warehouse data into reliable models and standardized metrics, creating a unified view of customers, accounts, products, projects, and contracts across systems.

You will own the metrics layer and interfaces for AI-ready access.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and Python production-grade coding with monitoring.
• Ownership of semantic/metrics layers using dbt, Cube, LookML or equivalents.
• Advanced data modeling, entity relationships, keys, uniqueness, and reconciliation.
• Demonstrated AI-native working practices and practical AI-driven project discussions.
• Experience delivering analytics in production data environments with testing and monitoring.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage environments and define processes independently.
• Strong communication and documentation skills for clear metric definitions and data contracts.

Responsibilities

• Build conformed data models for customers, accounts, projects, products, and contracts across systems.
• Own and maintain the standardized metrics layer and versioning.
• Develop AI-ready data interfaces and MCPs for safe AI access to data.
• Implement data quality controls with automated assertions and routing to owners.
• Create evaluation frameworks to compare AI-generated outputs against verified answers.
• Translate business questions into reusable data products with stakeholders.
• Help establish engineering practices, documentation, and workflows for a new team.
• Experiment with AI tools and integrate them into development and analysis workflows.
