Digible in the United States is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our data team. You’ll own the Silver and Gold layers of our medallion architecture, build the semantic layer, and shape the BI standards that power Fiona and our ~1,000 multifamily clients and internal teams rely on every day.

This hands-on role focuses on data modeling, warehouse performance, and self‑serve analytics. You’ll collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, and stakeholders to translate questions into trusted

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of data/analytics engineering experience.
• Expert proficiency with SQL and data modeling tools (dbt, dataform, SQLMesh).
• Hands-on depth with at least one cloud data warehouse (Snowflake and/or BigQuery).
• Experience with a semantic / metrics layer and standardizing metric definitions.
• Proficiency with one or more modern BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Hex, Sigma, Omni).
• Working proficiency with Python for transformation, tooling, and automation.
• Strong Git/version control practices and AI-assisted development awareness.
• Strong communication and ability to partner across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive data warehouse strategy and performance.
• Own Silver- and Gold-layer modeling in dbt.
• Build and govern the semantic layer.
• Lead BI tooling strategy and enablement.
• Partner with stakeholders and analysts to translate questions into durable models and metrics.
• Troubleshoot data quality and consistency across layers.
• Contribute to platform evolution and stay informed on modern data stack developments.
