Vanta is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to build a best-in-class analytics function. You will partner with data science and business teams to design scalable data models and data infrastructure for dashboards and self-serve analytics.

You will craft efficient SQL, support AI tooling, and help structure source systems across the enterprise, enabling data-driven decision making while prioritizing security and compliance in data warehousing.

Qualifications

• Eight years of experience working with data.
• Two years of software engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design complex data models for dashboards and analytics platforms.
• Write scalable SQL queries across large data warehouses.
• Enable AI tooling with semantic layers and observability.
• Manage data infrastructure to support data-driven decisions.
• Expose analytic datasets enterprise-wide.
