Digible is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to own the Silver- & Gold-layer modeling in dbt, govern the semantic layer, and shape the BI standards our stakeholders rely on daily. You’ll partner with Data, Engineering, and business teams to translate questions into trusted metrics and ensure fast, cost-effective warehouse performance.

You’ll work with modern data stack tools, drive data quality, and enable self-serve analytics at scale across 1,000+ multifamily clients and internal teams.

Competenze

• 5–7+ years of data/analytics engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Expert proficiency with SQL and data modeling tools (dbt, dataform, SQLMesh).
• Hands-on depth with at least one cloud data warehouse (Snowflake or BigQuery).
• Experience with a semantic/metrics layer and metric governance.
• Proficiency with modern BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Hex, Sigma, Omni).
• Strong collaboration across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.

• Shape data warehouse strategy, modeling standards, and performance, balancing speed and cost.
