You will partner with Analytics Engineering, Data Visualization, and Data Science to uncover initiatives, define analytics requirements, and deliver ROI-focused solutions across Finance, Underwriting, Sales, Product, and Fraud.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a business analytics role or related leadership position.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear analytics requirements and delivery plans.
• Proven track record owning analytics initiatives end-to-end across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Underwriting, Sales, Product, and Fraud to become the analytics partner.
• Translate business needs into analytics requirements, success criteria, and delivery roadmaps.
• Own initiatives end-to-end, manage milestones, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Define success metrics and track adoption, reporting measurable business value to leadership.
