You will partner with Senior Analytic Consultants, Producers, and Benefits teams to deliver data‑driven insights that inform renewals, funding analyses, and strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes analytics, technology use, and industry best practices to drive growth and improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and consultative solution development skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and interpret underwriting, claims, financial, and benefits data to support client strategy and decision‑making.
• Evaluate underwriting data and develop recommendations to support pricing, negotiations, and funding analyses.
• Deliver data‑driven insights that help clients understand risks, trends, opportunities, and program performance.
• Provide analytical support for renewals, presentations, prospecting, and business development initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, financial exhibits, and presentations that communicate complex information clearly.
