Inroads is seeking a Senior Associate, Analytics to join our Analytics and Data Science team in supporting a federal healthcare access project. You will build robust data models, ensure data quality, and deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.

You will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and domain experts to translate business needs into durable datasets, maintain data pipelines, and develop dashboards that track key metrics.

Formación

• 2+ years of applied experience working with structured/unstructured data.
• Undergraduate degree or higher in a quantitative field or equivalent training.
• Strong understanding of dbt, SQL, and Python.
• Experience optimizing data models for query efficiency.
• Ability to research business logic and derive derivative data products.
• Experience in Agile environments and version control (Git).

Responsabilidades

• Create SQL-based data models in dbt with engineers, scientists, and analysts.
• Translate business needs into well-modeled datasets with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers to optimize warehouse queries (e.g., Snowflake).
• Implement data quality checks and monitor data reliability.
• Document datasets, lineage, and transformation logic clearly.
• Query data warehouse to answer urgent questions and guide decisions.
• Design and maintain dashboards/reports (Tableau/Power BI) for KPIs.
• Understand ACA regulatory context and its impact on enrollment messaging.
• Troubleshoot data issues and propose effective solutions.
