Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years in analytics/consulting; proven ability to manage teams and deliver insights.
• Experience working with clients and delivering actionable results.
• Healthcare/affordability industry context helpful for tailored analytics.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools; data visualization and statistics required; Python optional.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Reporting: Lead development of advanced visual insights and reports for executive presentations and client deliverables.
• Client Interaction: Lead presentations with clients and business leaders; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Project Management: Manage multiple projects; align with client goals and priorities; resolve issues.
• Mentoring and Coaching: Mentor junior/intermediate teammates; provide advanced training.
• Strategy and Planning: Contribute to data strategy discussions and develop key performance metrics.
