VaynerX is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Analytics team in New York. You will help ensure data integrity, analyze complex datasets, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations for client campaigns.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, create data-driven narratives, and deliver clear, concise insights to internal stakeholders and clients in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in digital analytics.
• Strong skills in Excel and SQL with data visualization tools.
• Experience with Market Mix Models is a plus.
• Experience with Media Buying platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads).
• Ability to present data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.

• Create narratives and slides to communicate insights to clients.
• Manage analytics projects from plan to delivery and report status to stakeholders.
