CVS Health is seeking a Lead Analytics Consultant to act as a senior analytical investigator and trusted advisor. You will solve ambiguous business problems, conduct investigative analysis, and deliver actionable recommendations to leadership, coordinating experiments and new technologies.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in analytics, experience in cross-functional collaboration, and a strong foundation in AI/analytic tools, preferably within healthcare or regulated industries.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analytics or related discipline with data-driven recommendations.
• 5+ years researching complex business challenges and independent research.
• 5+ years partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted analytical consultant to leadership by conducting research and delivering actionable recommendations.
• Investigate operational, process, and data challenges to identify risks, trends, opportunities, and solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and pilot analytical methods, tools, and technologies to enhance decision-making and outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather information, assess impacts, and coordinate efforts that support strategic objectives.
