You will input requests, balance hours, analyze weekly reports, and communicate with senior leadership. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and strong organizational and analytical skills, plus adaptable, proactive collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Input schedule requests, edit schedules, and release them weekly in accordance with state and company requirements.
• Balance scheduled hours and open positions across stores to reduce expense exposure.
• Run and analyze weekly reports and recommend ways to better support stores and reduce expenses.
• Communicate with senior store leadership and business managers.
• Train colleagues on the scheduling system and address system concerns.
