Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Analyst to support hiring, onboarding, access issues, chargeback oversight, and Workday functions across Clinical and Government Services. You will ensure new colleagues are onboarded and can perform duties, manage staffing profiles, and coordinate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT to resolve issues.

The role requires 3–5 years in customer service/onboarding, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with Excel formulas.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in customer service and onboarding.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
• Experience with Excel formulas, including VLOOKUPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee onboarding/offboarding and equipment processes.
• Coordinate staffing reports with leadership and partners to understand future changes.
• Lead projects and resolve complex business challenges with operations or shared service teams.
• Manage access issue resolution (ticket management, IAM/IT coordination).
• Participate in ad hoc, daily, weekly, and quarterly meetings on onboarding and hiring items.
• Maintain employee profile data via tracking databases and coordinate trainings.
