Qualifications

4+ years experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics.
Experience supporting STEM-style disruption management and recovery actions.
Proven ability to influence across functions and levels.
Proficient with SAP, ERP systems, and order-to-cash processes.

Responsibilities

Lead STEM processes and governance forums for the US market.
Communicate supply availability and recovery plans to Commercial teams.
Manage allocation rules and demand prioritization during constraints.
Drive improvements in OTIF, backorder reduction, and service metrics.
Develop scenarios and dashboards to inform leadership decisions.
