• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead STEM processes and governance forums; monitor potential supply disruptions.
• Serve as primary supply chain contact for U.S. Commercial on inventory and backorders.
• Manage allocation and demand prioritization to support critical customer needs.
• Produce analyses, dashboards, and executive summaries to communicate risks and mitigations.
