Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Raynham, MA, is seeking a Senior Analyst, GDCL US Joints Reconstruction, Supply Chain, to join our Orthopaedics team in a hybrid role. The position focuses on STEM process leadership, allocation, and supply risk management for US markets.

You will collaborate with Global Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams, driving data-driven decisions, improving service levels, and ensuring reliable product availability. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, operations, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, or related roles.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills; ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP, ERP systems, and Order-to-Cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead STEM processes, governance forums, and weekly reviews for US market.
• Communicate inventory availability, backorders, and recovery plans to Commercial teams.
• Manage allocation rules and manual stock reallocations to optimize service.
• Drive OTIF and backorder metrics; perform root-cause analysis and improvements.
• Develop data analyses and dashboards to support S&OP and supply reviews.
