Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Analyst, GDCL US Joints Reconstruction, Supply Chain to be located in Raynham, MA (Hybrid). The role partners with US Joints Reconstruction and Global Supply Chain to manage STEM processes, allocation, and demand planning to ensure patient continuity.

For the right candidate, remote work options will be considered and travel is up to 10% domestic/international. The position requires 4+ years in supply chain roles and a Bachelor's degree in engineering,

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's undergraduate degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related field.
• Preferred: Master's degree or MBA.
• 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Operations, Logistics, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting supply disruption management, allocation processes, or demand prioritization activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with SAP, ERP systems, and Order-to-Cash processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the U.S. STEM processes, governance forums, and communication cadence.
• Monitor potential supply disruptions and identify risks to product availability and orders.
• Collaborate with Global Supply Planning and Manufacturing to translate impacts into plans for the U.S. market.
• Develop shortage mitigation recommendations and cross-functional prioritization strategies.
• Lead weekly STEM reviews and Commercial-facing supply forums.
• Serve as the primary supply chain point of contact for the U.S. Commercial organization.
• Provide timely communications regarding product availability and recovery plans.
• Manage allocation rules, order restrictions, and exception processes within ERP.
• Analyze supply, demand, inventory, and service performance data to assess risk and drive recommendations.
• Create executive summaries and dashboards to communicate supply risks, mitigation plans.
