Job summary

Toyota Motor North America Company is seeking a Senior Analyst – Technical Product Owner to lead technical direction for CTS’s portfolio, aligning marketing priorities with secure, scalable digital solutions, including Adobe Experience Manager as a core platform.

You will partner with Marketing Product Owners, cross-functional teams, and vendors to drive roadmaps, release readiness, and production reliability in a fast-moving, customer-facing environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with mid- to large-scale digital product initiatives.
• 3+ years delivering digital products in Agile and DevOps environments.
• 3+ years managing technology-vendor relationships, including scope, estimates and delivery commitments.
• 3+ years collaborating across enterprise technology functions and communicating options to stakeholders.
• 2+ years with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred.
• Experience with cloud-based digital solutions (AWS).

Responsibilities

• Translate Marketing priorities into technical direction and roadmaps with stakeholders.
• Define scope, estimates, and cost drivers; compare solution options and reuse of cross-brand capabilities.
• Hold partners accountable for delivery plans, milestones, and quality evidence.
• Coordinate enterprise reviews with AEM Platform, EA, Cybersecurity, and Analytics teams.
• Coordinate go-live readiness and production support, including incident response and communications.
