Job summary

Toyota's Customer Technology Solutions (CTS) is seeking a Senior Analyst - Technical Product Owner to lead a portfolio of digital products, including toyota.com and lexus.com, with Adobe Experience Manager as a core platform. You will deliver secure, scalable experiences and partner with Marketing Product Owners to translate priorities into technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of analytical, interpretive, and consultative experience on mid- to large-scale digital product initiatives.
• 3+ years delivering and sustaining customer-facing digital products in Agile/DevOps environments, including release readiness.
• 3+ years managing technology-vendor relationships, including scope definition, estimate review, delivery commitments, quality, and requisition coordination.
• 3+ years collaborating across enterprise technology functions and communicating options, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate Marketing priorities into technical direction and influence product roadmaps.
• Define scope, develop estimates, identify cost drivers, and recommend solution options; reuse existing cross-brand capabilities when possible.
• Hold technology delivery partners accountable for credible plans, milestones, dependencies, and quality evidence.
• Coordinate enterprise reviews and dependencies across One Tech teams to align with Toyota architecture and security requirements.
• Coordinate go-live readiness and operational transition; support critical-incident assessment and reliability improvements.
