Toyota North America is seeking a Senior Analyst - Technical Product Owner to lead the technical direction for a portfolio within CTS’s digital ecosystem, including toyota.com and lexus.com. You will translate marketing priorities into secure, scalable solutions and ensure delivery outcomes align with architectural and security standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering and sustaining customer-facing digital products in Agile and DevOps.
• 3+ years managing technology-vendor relationships, including scope definition, estimate review, delivery commitments, quality, operational outcomes, and requisition coordination.
• 3+ years collaborating across enterprise technology functions and communicating technology options, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS, or related discipline; or equivalent relevant work experience plus four additional years.

Responsibilities

• Translate Marketing priorities into technical direction; influence product roadmaps, backlog refinement, and planning discussions.
• Define scope and optimize investment decisions; evaluate cost drivers and vendor contracts.
• Hold technology delivery partners accountable for credible plans, milestones, and release readiness.
• Coordinate enterprise reviews and dependencies across One Tech teams and governance bodies.
• Coordinate go-live readiness and production support, including incident response and communications.
